01 How quickly will you reply?
We usually respond within one to two business days. During launches or promotional periods, replies may take slightly longer.
02 What should I include for order support?
Please include your order number, the email used at checkout and a clear description of the issue. Images are helpful when your enquiry concerns a product or delivery condition.
03 Can I propose a collaboration?
Yes. Send a concise introduction, links to your work and the idea you would like to explore. We review every proposal, although we cannot guarantee a partnership.

Selected creative and professional appointments may be arranged in advance. Use the collaboration subject in the form and include the purpose of your visit.
